Delivery Timelines

Within Delhi NCR

• Orders will be delivered within 24 working hours from the time of order confirmation.
• Working hours: Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM.
• No deliveries on Sundays and public holidays.
• Free delivery for orders above INR 5,000. A delivery charge may apply for orders below this amount.

Outside Delhi NCR (Pan-India)

• Orders will be delivered within 2-3 working days from the time of order confirmation.
• Delivery timelines may vary based on location, courier service availability, and unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions or logistical disruptions.

Order Processing & Dispatch

• Orders placed before 4:00 PM on a working day will be processed on the same day.
• Orders placed after 4:00 PM will be processed on the next working day.
• Once dispatched, customers will receive tracking details via email or SMS.

Delivery Charges

• Within Delhi NCR: Free for orders above INR 5,000. A minimal delivery fee applies for orders below INR 5,000.
• Outside Delhi NCR: Delivery charges will be calculated at checkout based on order weight, volume, and delivery location.

Delivery Terms & Conditions

• Customers must provide accurate and complete shipping details to avoid delays.
• Deliveries will be made during working hours (Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM).
• If the customer is unavailable at the time of delivery, re-attempts will be made as per the courier service’s policy.
• Kashyap Trader is not responsible for delays caused by third-party logistics providers.
